We’re partnering with a leading consultancy delivering large-scale Data & AI transformation programs across a range of enterprise clients. Due to continued growth within their Data & AI practice, they are looking for an experienced Snowflake Architect to lead the design and delivery of modern cloud data platforms.

This is a highly visible, client-facing role , ideal for someone who enjoys partnering directly with stakeholders, leading technical conversations, and delivering impactful data solutions across complex enterprise environments.

The Opportunity

As a Snowflake Architect, you will play a key role in designing, implementing and optimising enterprise-grade Snowflake solutions. You’ll work closely with technical and business stakeholders, provide architectural leadership, and guide engineering teams on up-to-date best practices across cloud data platforms.
You’ll also contribute to solution design, client engagement, presales activities and strategic data initiatives across a variety of industries.

Key Skills & Experience

- Strong expertise in Snowflake architecture , including:



Virtual warehouses; Micro-partitioning; Query optimisation; Resource management; Caching and clustering strategies; Monitoring and observability integrations (e.g. Splunk, Datadog)
- Proven experience designing enterprise data warehouse solutions and dimensional data models (star/snowflake schema)
- Hands-on experience with AWS, Azure or GCP environments
- Strong experience integrating Snowflake with tools such as dbt, Fivetran, Matillion, Airflow and APIs
- Knowledge of Snowflake security capabilities including RBAC, masking, encryption and compliance frameworks
- Experience with: Terraform, CI/CD pipelines, Python, SQL and Shell scripting, Snowpark (Python, Java or Scala)
- Understanding of AI/ML capabilities within Snowflake, including Cortex, LLMs and vector search
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
