Early Childhood Educator, FULL TIME, ELANORA

We are looking a Passionate Early Childhood Educator – Full Time (Must be able to do Open and Close Shifts)
Cert III, Diploma Qualified or Currently Studying (At least 6 months of study completed)

We are currently seeking our next dedicated educator to join our team in a FULL TIME position . Applicants must be available to work both opening and closing shifts.

About You

We are looking for someone who is:

- Passionate about Early Childhood Education and Care
- Reliable, motivated, and professional
- Warm, nurturing, and respectful in their interactions with children and families
- Creative and enthusiastic about learning through play
- Flexible and able to work collaboratively within a team environment
- Confident communicating with families, children, and colleagues
- Committed to creating meaningful learning experiences for children

Essential Requirements

- Current Blue Card
- Current First Aid and CPR Certificate
- Experience working with children aged 15 months – 5 years
- Strong understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Current references
