Uniting (Victoria And Tasmania) Limited is seeking a Team Leader to lead a small team of Orange Door Practitioners in a matrix supervision model. You will support, develop, and mentor the team to deliver a high-quality referral service to people accessing the Orange Door for support.
You will contribute to the development and implementation of strategic plans, provide clinical supervision, and oversee budget and resources to ensure effective delivery and solid cross-agency collaboration.
