Blacktown City Council is seeking a Customer Service Officer who acts as a key link between the Council and the community. You respond to enquiries in person and over the phone, provide information about Council services, process payments and applications, and help customers resolve issues quickly and respectfully.

This stable, permanent full time role offers a 35-hour week, flextime, 12% superannuation, ongoing training, and wellbeing programs.
