The ideal candidate should have solid hands-on experience inimplementing and supporting ServiceNow ITOM and Security Operations modules, aswell as expertise in CMDB health, CSDM adoption, and service mapping. Theresource should be capable of engaging with business and technical stakeholdersand delivering quality outcomes.
