Specialist Engineer - Data

We are seeking an experienced Specialist Engineer - Data to join a major enterprise organisation delivering up-to-date data and technology capabilities across a complex operational environment.

About the role:
As the Specialist Engineer - Data, you will provide technical leadership across enterprise data platforms, cloud services, integrations and engineering standards. You'll work with architects, engineers, project teams and business stakeholders to design modern data solutions, drive best practices and help shape the organisation's future data landscape.

We are particularly interested in candidates with strong experience across modern Microsoft and cloud data technologies, including:

- Microsoft Fabric
- Databricks
- SQL and advanced data engineering practices
- Enterprise Integration and API-based solutions
- Data Architecture and Systems Design
- Data Governance and Data Quality frameworks
- Cloud Infrastructure and Platform Engineering




- Automation and DevOps principles for data platforms

- Automation and DevOps principles for data platforms

Experience designing and supporting enterprise-scale data solutions within government, utilities, energy, infrastructure or other highly regulated environments will be highly regarded.
