Our client is a building services engineering consultancy built on practical construction knowledge, strong client relationships, and a collaborative approach to project delivery. Our client is working across residential, commercial, education, healthcare, and mixed-use developments.

With deep understanding across the full development and construction lifecycle, they have built a strong pipeline of repeat work across Sydney and regional NSW.

With an established team structure already on board and plans to grow significantly over the coming years, the business is entering an exciting phase of expansion. As part of this expansion includes the opportunity to bring a Senior Electrical Engineer into the team.

About Your New Role

As the Senior Electrical Engineer, you will play a critical leadership role within the business, you will lead projects, manage clients, mentor junior engineers and help shape the future growth of the mechanical division. This is a permanent, full time role based in an office in Parramatta

Key responsibilities include

- Leading the design and delivery of electrical building services projects




- Managing client relationships and attending project meetings
- Coordinating with builders, developers, contractors, and consultants
- Providing technical leadership and guidance to junior engineers
- Reviewing designs and ensuring compliance with relevant standards and regulations
- Supporting construction-phase activities and problem solving in office
- Assisting with project planning, resource allocation, and delivery outcomes
- Working collaboratively with internal mechanical, hydraulic, fire, and BIM teams

About You

- Proven experience as an Electrical Engineer within building services consulting
- Strong knowledge of Australian standards and electrical design principles
- Experience across commercial, residential, healthcare, education, or mixed-use projects
- Client-facing project delivery experience
- The ability to work autonomously while also mentoring junior staff
- Practical construction knowledge and a solutions-focused mindset
- Registration or the ability to sign off designs will be highly regarded
