- Strong technicalunderstanding of transaction processes, including negotiation of commercialterms and exposure to lease structuring for industrial property.

- Tertiary qualificationsin Property, Business, or Finance are well regarded but not essential.

Therole Working as part of a national platform, you will help deliver industrial tenantrepresentation advice and transaction management for clients whose propertyneeds often extend across multiple markets. This role will play an importantrole in supporting the growth of our occupier-focused business in Victoria. Thisrole is suited to someone with strong property transaction capability who canmanage negotiations with a high degree of independence, contribute confidentlyto deal strategy, and build trusted relationships with clients and internalstakeholders. Based in Melbourne, the role offers the opportunity to join adeveloping platform with strong momentum, work closely with experienced leadersacross the broader Occupier Strategy and Solutions business, and help shape the next phase of growth in Tenant Rep Industrial.
KeyResponsibilities
- Work closely with clients to understandtheir operational requirements, location drivers and commercial objectives, translating these into effective property strategies and transaction activity.
- Manage industrial tenant representationtransactions for occupier clients, from initial brief through negotiation andexecution.
- Lead or support negotiation of heads ofterms,
lease documentation and, more complex structures such as agreement forlease and pre-lease arrangements.
- Coordinate with legal advisers and internalcolleagues to help structure and progress transactions.
- Support business development activity bycontributing to pitches, proposals, market engagement and conversations thathelp secure new occupier mandates.
- Work across opportunities that may spanVictoria and other Australian markets, reflecting the national nature of manyclient relationships and requirements.
- Share market intelligence and collaborate internally,contributing to pipeline growth and team best practice.
