This newly created role manages and optimises HR systems, partnering with People & Culture, Payroll, Technology and external vendors to drive enhancements, automation and meaningful reporting.
You will own the HRIS roadmap, oversee configurations, security, data integrity and governance, and deliver dashboards to support workforce planning and strategic decisions.
