Avyaya Consulting Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced Credit and Risk Manager to lead the credit risk framework, underwriting oversight, and portfolio performance across the lending lifecycle in a North Sydney based fintech workplace.

The role combines credit strategy, policy development, and governance with hands-on leadership of the Credit Assessment team to drive prudent risk decisions and sustainable growth. 7+ years in consumer lending is preferred.
