Consent Labs is a youth-led, not-for-profit organisation transforming consent education in Australia. We’re on a mission to prevent sexual violence through evidence-based, engaging, and youth-driven workshops — and we want you to be part of it.

As a Workshop Facilitator, you'll lead dynamic sessions with high school and university students on topics like:

- Consent in the digital world
- Navigating alcohol and other drugs
- Healthy relationships
- Recognising & Responding to sexual violence
- Positive masculinity

We’ve already worked with over 150,000 young people — and we’re just getting started. We have teams based in both VIC and NSW!

We’re looking for young people who:

- Love working with young people
- Are confident communicators (public speaking experience is a bonus!)
- Are available for 2 days per week during school hours (8am–3:30pm on weekdays)




- Are comfortable travelling for sessions - this includes around Melbourne & Greater Melbourne, including trips to areas such as Geelong for our VIC team. For our Sydney team this includes travel around Sydney & the Greater Sydney area, as well as trips to areas such as Newcastle or Wollongong!
- Hold a valid Working With Children Check (or be willing to obtain one)
- Are able to attend our August/September 2026 orientation and training
- Take care of your mental wellbeing (with our full support)
- Are highly reliable and engaged in all work that they do
