REDARC is seeking a Customer Support Technician to deliver technical support to customers across our range of products. This on-site role in Mulgrave, VIC will involve advanced troubleshooting, product guidance, and solving complex issues with a focus on customer satisfaction.
You will manage cases, document thoroughly, and collaborate with internal teams to drive continuous improvement while mentoring Tier 1 staff as needed. A robust electronics or automotive electrical background is preferred.
