Odd Culture Group is seeking a passionate Sommelier to join our leadership team in Sydney. You’ll lead wine service, mentor staff and work with management to deliver guest-focused hospitality in an Italian-spirited wine programme.
You’ll manage cellar, seasonal wine changes, host wine events and dinners, and champion approachable knowledge. WSET/CMS qualifications preferred; Italian wine knowledge essential. This role requires confident leadership and a refined, up-to-date service style.
