Location: Aged Care Home, Austral

- Preferred Times: 10:00–12:00 or 2:00–4:00

- Visit Length: 30 minutes to 1 hour

- Frequency: Weekly or Fortnightly (versatile)

- Days: Monday to Friday

We’re looking for a kind‑hearted volunteer to spend some one‑on‑one time with a lovely gentleman who would truly value friendly company

He would love someone to:

- - Enjoy a meaningful conversation

- - Share stories, memories, and life experiences

- - Simply sit and connect over a chat

A little about him:

- Loves Serbian food

- Enjoys talking about fishing

- Previously enjoyed target shooting

- Warm, engaging, and appreciative of genuine connection

Even a short visit can make a big difference. Your time—whether weekly or fortnightly—could brighten his day and create a meaningful bond.

Your impact

Volunteering as a social visitor can be a rewarding experience, both for the person you visit as well as yourself. Regular visits from volunteers can help to improve quality of life and help people feel less isolated.
