About the Role
Working alongside an experienced Finance team, you'll play an important role in supporting healthy cash flow and delivering outstanding customer service.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Following up outstanding customer accounts in a skilled and timely manner.
- Building positive relationships with customers to achieve payment outcomes.
- Allocating customer payments and completing account reconciliations.
- Assisting with credit control and monitoring customer accounts.
- Responding to customer account enquiries and resolving issues.
- Working closely with internal stakeholders to support the timely resolution of account matters.
- Identifying opportunities to improve processes and contribute to greater efficiencies.
- Supporting the ongoing transformation of the Finance function.
About You:
You'll be someone who enjoys working with people, solving problems and has a strong eye for detail.
To be successful, you'll have:
- 1–2 years' experience in Credit, Accounts Receivable or a similar finance role.
- A good understanding of credit control and collections.
- Experience with payment allocation and account reconciliations.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Experience using Microsoft Excel and ERP or accounting systems.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- A positive attitude, willingness to learn and an interest in continuous improvement.
