DESCRIPTION OF BUSINESS:
Shreeji Automotives & Smash Repairs specializing in panel beating, accident repairs, spray painting, vehicle upgrades & complimentary detail with every vehicle repair. We specialize in all types of crash repair, including panel beating and spray painting on all vehicle makes and models.
We need Panel Beater to:

1. Perform small, medium and large repairs on vehicles,
2. Perform replacement of parts on vehicles,
3. Cut and joint replacement of damaged parts/panels.
4. Repair dents, file, grind and sand repaired surfaces
5. Restore the damaged vehicle bodies back to their near original state
6. Use skills like plenishing and metal working techniques, welding and other skills
7. Maintain parts in good condition including exteriors & interiors
8. Repair parts including aluminium/steel/metal, alloys, plastic parts & fibreglass
9. Remove dents and restore auto body to near previous condition
10. Remove damaged upholstery and replace to near original condition
11. Repair auto body works, including dent removal, painting, buffing, polish and waxing.

Realign body frames using measuring systems
13. Order, purchase and assemble new required parts/accessories to the vehicles
14. Purchase required used panels or parts from nearby wreckers & fix them to damaged vehicles
15. Purchase of required materials & parts from auto shops or wreckers and keep records
16. Purchase and use welding equipments, if required and keep records
17. Check received parts are correct and check for defects and not damaged.
18. Label and store parts purchased/received in the Garage/workshop.
19. Use of specialised tools and equipments
20. Handle all vehicles with due care and attention.

22. Ensuring tools and equipments remain protected, clean and in a workable condition
23. Strip and repair in accordance with safety rules and regulations
24. Maintain clean and safe workspace. Clean work bay and workshop areas
25. Adhere to our OH&S; policy

Appropriate candidate must have the following skills, education and experience:

Education : Certificate III + 2 years of experience OR Certificate IV
Australian Experience : At least 2 + years of Australian Experience
Overseas Experience : Preferably 3+ years of Overseas Experience
Specialist : Panel Beater
Work Rights : Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident or Full Work Rights Holder
