We’re seeking a friendly social volunteer to enjoy weekly one hour visits with a lovely lady who truly loves socialising. She enjoys nothing more than sitting down for a cuppa and a chat, and as a devoted cat lover, she’ll happily welcome anyone who shares her appreciation for feline friends.

Your visits could include relaxed conversation, laughter, and simply spending quality time together over a cup of tea.

If you enjoy good conversation, friendly company, and making someone’s day a little brighter, we’d love to hear from you—this could be the most heartwarming hour of your week.

Your impact

Volunteering as a social visitor can be a rewarding experience, both for the person you visit as well as yourself. Regular visits from volunteers can help to improve quality of life and help people feel less isolated.

18 years or older • National Volunteer Police Check arranged and paid for by HammondCare •

We'd be happy to discuss a suitable time during the week for a one hour visit between 9am and 4pm Monday to Sunday, visits could be weekly to fortnightly depending on your availability.
