Who We're Looking For

We want a technically sharp, independent Interior Designer with solid Revit experience who can hit the ground running remotely.

This is for someone who:

- Takes ownership of their work and manages their own workflow
/n
- Communicates clearly online and thrives in a remote environment
/n
- Is confident using Click Up, Google Suite, and other tech tools to stay organised
/n
- Can deliver high-quality design documentation without hand-holding
/n/n
Experience across residential, commercial, and hospitality projects is a bonus - but not mandatory.

Key Responsibilities
/n
/n
- Produce detailed technical and construction drawings using Revit
/n
- Develop documentation packages from concept to construction
/n
- Work autonomously while collaborating remotely with internal and client design teams
/n
- Ensure client FF&E; and finish schedules align with project documentation
/n
- Coordinate documentation with consultants and services as needed
/n
- Manage multiple workflows and meet deadlines efficiently
/n
- Maintain accuracy and a high level of quality in all deliverables
/n/n
Requirements
/n
/n
- Based in Australia
/n
- Available minimum 3 days/week (up to 40 hours depending on workload)
/n
- 5+ years Revit experience (essential)
/n
- 5+ years interior design experience
/n
- Comfortable working fully remotely and independently
/n
- Experienced with Click Up or similar project management tools
/n
- Proficient in Google Suite and cloud workflows
/n
- Strong communication and coordination skills
/n
- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or Architecture
/n
- Bonus: service coordination experience and 3D software skills
/n
- Casual, remote role
/n
- Core availability: 3 days/week in 6–8 hour blocks
/n
- Flexible workload; potential to increase hours based on projects
