Samboy Pizzas Pty Ltd is seeking Qualified Chefs to join our talented team in South Townsville. There are full-time opportunities available for passionate chefs to showcase their culinary expertise in our vibrant hospitality establishment. Key Responsibilities

-Prepare and cook high-quality Mediterranean meals using fresh, locally sourced ingredients

- Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to deliver exceptional customer service
- Ensure all food preparation and cooking activities adhere to health and safety standards
- Contribute to the development and refinement of menus to delight our customers
- Assist with inventory management and ordering of supplies
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to the continuous improvement of kitchen operations
- Maintaining high standards of food hygiene, cleanliness and workplace safety including record keeping.
- Monitoring food quality, stock rotation and minimising waste.
- Working collaboratively with the kitchen team to deliver excellent service during busy periods.




- Supporting the training and development of other junior kitchen team members where required. Skills and Experience Required -Proven experience as a Mediterranean Chef in a similar hospitality environment
- Strong culinary skills and expertise in a range of cooking techniques
- Excellent time management and organisational abilities

-Ability to work well in a fast-paced, high-pressure kitchen environment

- Passionate about using fresh, seasonal ingredients to create delicious dishes
- Effective communication and teamwork skills
- Robust attention to detail and commitment to food safety and hygiene
