About the Role

/n

In this hands-on position, you'll play an important part in the day-to-day life of our facility by supporting residents with their daily needs, including:

/n

/n

- Assisting with personal care, hygiene, mobility, and meals

/n

- Supporting residents' emotional wellbeing and helping with social activities

/n

- Maintaining dignity, privacy, and respect for our residents at all times

/n

- Completing daily care charts and reporting any changes in health to the Registered/Enrolled Nurses

/n

- Working collaboratively with the broader team to support a high standard of care delivery

/n/n

About You

/n

You are someone who brings a positive, practical approach to your work and takes pride in providing high-quality, person-centred care. You will also bring:

Requirements:

/n

/n

- Certificate III in Individual Support (Aged Care) or equivalent

/n

- Current National Police Check and NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)

/n

- Basic computer skills for reporting (email and internet use)

/n

- Availability to work a flexible roster across different shifts

/n

- Australian working rights (We are not able to offer sponsorship)

/n

- Previous experience in a direct care role within aged care

/n

- Current First Aid and CPR certificates

/n

- Certificate III in Individual Support or equivalent

/n/n
