We are currently looking for full-time Process Workers and Packers, based in our manufacturing and packaging facility in Belrose NSW 2085.
/n
You must be available to work from Monday to Friday, for 38 hours per week for a minimum period of at least 3 months.
/n
As a Process Worker or Packer, you will be responsible for operating machines, following SOP and safety procedures and ensuring production targets are met, and various packaging duties.
/n
If you're new to the industry and a quick learner with a strong work ethic, full training will be provided.

Tasks & responsibilities
/n
Operate and monitor machines (training provided)
/n
Control and adjust the machine settings to ensure smooth production and packaging
/n
Lift and dispose production waste up to 25kg
/n
Follow production schedules and techniques
/n
Fill in process related paperwork
/n
Work as a team and meet KPIs
/n
Ensure work areas are kept clean and tidy
/n
Adhering to WHS policies and procedures
/n
Qualifications & experience
/n
You are motivated, punctual, efficient and reliable
/n
While having your own vehicle is an advantage, our company is easily accessible by public transport
/n
Ability to work within a fast-paced environment
/n
Happy to work in a physically demanding role and able to lift up to 25kg
/n
You are a fast learner and can work independently
/n
You have strong attention to detail
/n
