About the Role:
Join us in a rewarding full time contract until 30th June 2027 and make a significant difference in the lives of children & families by supporting the implementation of the early childhood approach.
Deliver training, mentoring, coaching, and supervision to build staff capability and promote best-practice support for children with disabilities, developmental delay, or developmental concerns.
Collaborate within a multidisciplinary, key-worker model to strengthen family capacity, enhance social participation, and improve quality of life.
Connect families with community resources, mainstream services, and available supports to ensure meaningful participation and inclusion.
Work flexibly across office, community, and home-based settings as part of a passionate and collaborative team.
