About the Role/s:

/n

We're looking for passionate and motivated chefs at all levels - Chef de Parties, Demi Chefs, Commis Chefs, and Cooks - to join our busy kitchen brigade. Whether you're just building your career or ready to step into a more senior role, this is an exciting opportunity to work in a high-energy coastal venue with a solid food offering and supportive team environment.

These roles are being offered on a casual basis, with full-time positions available for the right candidates, depending on skills, experience, and operational requirements.

/n

Key Responsibilities (depending on position):

/n

- Prepare and present high-quality dishes in line with venue standards

/n

- Support senior chefs in day-to-day kitchen operations

/n

- Manage a section independently (Chef de Partie) with efficiency and consistency

/n

- Assist with menu planning, specials, and seasonal offerings

/n

- Maintain stock control, ordering, and waste minimisation practices

/n

- Uphold kitchen hygiene and food safety standards

/n

- Contribute to a positive team culture by supporting and mentoring junior staff

/n/n

About You:

/n

/n

- Relevant commercial cookery qualification (dependent on level)

/n





- Previous experience in a high-volume kitchen

/n

- Strong knowledge of kitchen operations, food safety, and hygiene practices

/n

- Ability to work well under pressure and as part of a team

/n

- Passionate about producing quality dishes and delivering a great guest experience

/n

- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and public holidays

/n

- Enthusiastic, reliable, and committed to continuous learning

/n

- Australian working rights are required for these roles (sponsorship is not available)
