We're looking for a friendly, customer-focused Dental Receptionist to join our busy Charlestown centre on a full-time basis. Our up-to-date 8-chair practice offers a wide range of dental treatments, and you'll be joining a close-knit team that prides itself on delivering a seamless patient journey from the moment someone walks through the door.

Your Skills and Attributes

Above all, you're friendly, enthusiastic, and dedicated, with the ability to build rapport quickly. As you may occasionally support chair‐side duties, you'll also bring:

- Experienced as a Dental or Medical Receptionist
/n
- Confidence managing appointment systems, payments and a busy front desk
/n
- A warm, patient‐first approach and a genuine team spirit
/n
- Strong reliability, punctuality, and attention to detail
/n
- Strong understanding of sterilisation and infection control protocols
