Based in the heart of Newcastle, we offer ready-to-wear and made-to-measure suiting for men and women, formal hire and in-house tailoring and alterations. As a small, close-knit team, we pride ourselves on genuine customer care and an inclusive, supportive work environment.

We're now looking for an experienced retail professional with a passion for menswear to join our showroom team on a casual basis.

About the role
/n
As a Sales & Styling Consultant, you'll help customers feel confident and look their best – from weddings and school formals to business and everyday wear.
/n
You will:
/n
Welcome customers and provide warm, personalised service.
/n
Style clients in suits,
shirts and accessories for weddings, formals and professional wear.
/n
Take measurements and support fittings to ensure the perfect fit.
/n
Coordinate formal hire, including try-ons, pick-ups and returns.
/n
Assist with visual merchandising, store presentation and stock management.
/n
Liaise with our in-house tailoring team to deliver alterations on time.
/n
This is a casual role with a minimum of 3 days per week. You must be available to work Saturday, Sunday and Monday, with potential for additional shifts for the right candidate.

About you
/n
You're a people-focused retailer who loves menswear and understands what outstanding service looks like.
/n
You'll bring:
/n
Previous retail experience in menswear, fashion, suiting and/or made to measure tailoring (highly regarded).
/n
A strong eye for fit, style and detail.
/n
Confidence styling customers for weddings, special events and workwear.
/n
Excellent customer service skills and a friendly, professional manner.
/n
Strong organisational skills and the ability to multitask in a busy environment.
/n
Reliability, punctuality and a can-do attitude.
/n
Availability to work Saturdays, Sundays and Mondays on a regular basis. More hours available for experienced candidate
/n
