We're on the lookout for customer service-oriented individuals living in or near Mackayto join our regional Queensland teams. These Drive-In Drive-Out (DIDO)roles offer a great entry point into the mining and resources sector. If you have hospitality or industrial cleaning experience—or bring a positive, can-do attitude and transferable skills—this is your chance to step into a rewarding role where your work makes a real impact.

Qualifications
/n
Who are we looking for?
/n
We're seeking reliable, customer-focused individuals with hospitality, industrial cleaning, or related experience—or those with transferable skills and a positive, can-do attitude. You'll thrive in a team setting and be comfortable working in remote locations with varying conditions.
/n
You'll need to:
/n
Have experience in housekeeping, kitchen support, retail, or industrial cleaning roles
/n
Be ready to work 12-hour shifts, including day and night rotations
/n
Demonstrate flexibility, teamwork, and a willingness to help across different tasks
/n
Commit to following safety procedures and workplace protocols
/n
Hold a valid driver's licence and pass pre-employment medical checks, including drug and alcohol screening
/n
Be an Australian citizen or hold full working rights
/n
Working on-site means 11-hour days on a 2:1 roster (two weeks on, one week off).
