AI Installation Supervisor | $760- $1000p/day | 1 year (strong possibility of extension) | Data Centre installation

We're looking for an experienced AI Installation Supervisor to oversee the end-to-end deployment of AI/HPC infrastructure at a customer data centre site. This is a hands on, site based leadership role but you must be comfortable on the floor as well as managing.

You'll manage the physical installation and quality assurance of complex compute environments, supervising subcontractor crews performing rack-and-stack, structured cabling, power, and cooling installation. You will be the helping coordinate between onsite teams, engineers and customer stakeholders.

- Duration: 1 year, strong possibility of extension

/n

- Location: Onsite at customer/partner data centre, some remote tasks

/n/n

Key responsibilities:

/n

/n

- Supervising subcontractor teams installing racks, cabling, power distribution, and cooling systems

/n

- Running daily site briefings, safety checks and task tracking

/n





- Overseeing liquid and air cooling installation, including leak detection and airflow validation

/n

- Verifying rack positioning, cable management, grounding, and power delivery against design specs

/n/n

What we're looking for:

/n

/n

- Proven hands-on experience installing data centre infrastructure - racks, structured cabling, power, and HVAC/cooling

/n

- Strong working knowledge of data centre building management systems (liquid/air cooling, power management)

/n

- Demonstrated progression into a site supervisor role, managing subcontractors delivering these installs

/n

- Solid grasp of site health & safety, access procedures and multi-team coordination

/n/n
