Mick's Towing Service is seeking a reliable and experienced Tilt Tray Driver to join our growing team based in Carrara on the Gold Coast. As a long-established family-owned business, we provide towing and transport services throughout the Gold Coast, Brisbane, and Northern NSW regions, operating a modern fleet and transporting everything from vehicles and machinery to site sheds and equipment.

About the Role

/n

As a Tilt Tray Driver, you will be responsible for the safe loading, transport, and unloading of vehicles, machinery, and equipment while providing professional customer service to our valued clients.

/n

Key Responsibilities

/n

/n

- Operate tilt tray trucks safely and efficiently.

/n

- Load, secure, transport, and unload vehicles and machinery.

/n

- Complete daily vehicle pre-start inspections.

/n

- Maintain accurate paperwork and job records.

/n

- Follow company safety procedures and Chain of Responsibility requirements.

/n

- Communicate effectively with customers, dispatch, and fellow team members.

/n





- Present a professional image at all times.

/n/n

What We're Looking for as a key requirement.

/n

/n

- HR Licence minimum (HR Licence an advantage).

/n

- Previous tilt tray, towing, transport, or machinery handling experience preferred.

/n

- Valuable knowledge of load restraint and safe work practices.

/n

- Strong customer service and communication skills.

/n

- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently.

/n

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

/n

- Commitment to safety and attention to detail.
