We are currently seeking an experienced, motivated, and highly organised Service Administrator to join our Service Team on a permanent part-time basis (15–20 hours per week).

/n

As our business continues to grow, there is also the potential for this role to expand into a full-time position in the future.

About the Role

/n

As administration support, you will be responsible for reviewing completed work orders, ensuring costs are captured accurately, and generating invoices for customers in a timely manner.

/n

Key responsibilities include:

/n

/n

- Administrative support/ general administrative duties (data entry, answering phones, filing and managing compliance documentation)

/n

- Database integrity (ensuring the accurate and timely handling of service and repair records)

/n

- Work order processing & invoicing - ensuring costs are accurately captured,



stock is appropriately recorded and invoices are delivered to customers accurately and fairly.

/n

- Reporting - provide service and repair reports to customers.

/n/n

About You

/n

To be successful in this role, you will possess:

/n

/n

- Previous experience in a Service based administrative support

/n

- High attention to detail and accuracy

/n

- Ability to work independently and as a part of a team

/n

- Strong written and verbal communication skills

/n

- Sound computer and ERP system knowledge

/n

- Confidence using Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, One Drive and PDF reader /editor programs.

/n

- A curious and customer focused approach

/n

- Experience within the forklift, construction equipment, agricultural, automotive or heavy machinery industries will be highly regarded
