Northline are on the lookout for HR and MC Drivers to join our Darwin team. Ideally you will enjoy working in a small team, thrive in a fast-paced environment and have strong multi-tasking skills. We currently have permanent full-time positions available, Monday to Friday, commencing from approx.

6/7am.

Key Responsibilities

/n

/n

- Accurate and timely delivery of customer's freight;

/n

- Ensure freight and deliveries match up and are consistent with current paperwork;

/n

- Constant communication with the depot (manager/supervisor);

/n

- Maintaining a truck log to align with current state legislation;

/n

- Operating a forklift;

/n

- Manual handling of freight and curtain gates.

/n/n

As a successful candidate you will

/n

/n

- Hold a current and valid HR, HC or MC Licence;

/n

- Hold a current Forklift Licence (LF);

/n

- Be physically fit to handle repetitive lifting of freight/opening and closing of curtains;

/n

- Transport industry experience with general freight carriers is highly regarded;

/n





- Experience working in physically demanding conditions and fast-paced environment;

/n

- An awareness of Load Restraint and Dangerous Goods will be highly regarded.
