The Opportunity

We are currently seeking a committed and enthusiastic Receptionist to join our thriving clinic on a casual basis.
/n
This role will involve 2-3 afternoons a week, ideally suiting an individual who can offer flexibility as our clinic needs evolve. We are more than happy to be reasonably flexible in our roster to support the right candidate.
/n
Your key responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
/n

- Greeting clients with a warm and friendly smile, creating a welcoming atmosphere.
/n
- Managing appointment bookings, client queries,
and payments with efficiency and professionalism.
/n
- Providing administrative support to our team of physiotherapists and allied health professionals.
/n
- Assisting with clinic organisation, including maintaining a clean and tidy reception area.
/n
- Handling phone and email correspondence promptly and effectively.
/n/n
What We're Looking For

- Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with practice management software is a bonus.
