At Atturra Advisory, we engage with a wide range of exciting projects across Defence, Defence Industry, State and Federal Government departments to provide Learning & Development services and solutions. We are currently seeking expressions of interest from Canberra based Learning & Development professionals with experience working with Defence projects.
Atturra Training Consultant analyses, designs, develops, implements and evaluates learning strategies and plans. Depending on the project, Training Consultants are also commonly involved in, or lead, communications and change activities to support successful adoption of recent concepts, systems, technologies and ways of working.
Must hold AGSVA NV1 clearance, or currently hold Baseline clearance with the ability to gain NV1.

Duties and Responsibilities
- Analyse learning needs, develop curriculum,
create engaging content that suits the needs of the audience.
- Work alongside subject matter experts, clients and other stakeholders to ensure the training goals are met.
- Revises content, ongoing course development, as necessary.
- Facilitate face to face and online training using interactive training techniques.
- Maintain awareness of training delivery calendar by developing agendas, timelines, and content flow as necessary to deliver effective training to end users.
- Provide system and application knowledge, methodology expertise and/or industry knowledge.
- Build and maintain client relationships by consistently delivering exceptional services.
- Provide status reports, issue identification and problem solving.
