Pathways Program Coordinator & Student and Trainer Support Officer

We are seeking an organised, proactive, and people-focused Pathways Program Coordinator & Student and Trainer Support Officer to join our Canberra & Online Campus team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys supporting students, coordinating educational programs, building relationships with schools and industry partners, and contributing to a positive and engaging campus workplace.

Excellent communication skills, strong organisational abilities, a sense of humour, and enthusiasm for working with passionate students in a creative and dynamic environment are highly valued.

In this position, you will undertake and help coordinate the following work as part of the Canberra & Online Campus team:

Key Responsibilities

Coordinating pathway programs including VET in Schools, work experience programs, holiday courses, beginner workshops, and short courses
Supporting the promotion, administration, and growth of pathway programs




Building and maintaining relationships with schools, industry partners, and community stakeholders
Providing administrative and pastoral support to students throughout their learning journey
Supporting student engagement, attendance, progression, and successful outcomes
Providing administrative and coordination support to trainers and teaching staff
Assisting with staff onboarding, training coordination, and professional development activities
Supporting day-to-day campus operations, including scheduling, resource coordination, and facilities management
Maintaining accurate student, academic, and administrative records

Assisting with marketing activities, student recruitment initiatives, school outreach programs, and industry engagement events

Working collaboratively with National
