We are seeking an experienced Night Duty Registered Nurse for a fixed-term, part-time opportunity covering maternity leave , working Monday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday nights (64 hours per fortnight) .
The successful candidate will have a minimum of 2 years’ experience working in an in-charge role on night duty within aged care , with a strong commitment to delivering person-centred care and supporting our residents and team.
What you will do?
As a Registered Nurse you will be responsible for:
Holistic assessments in partnership with residents and their representatives
Development and evaluation of individualised resident care plans
Supervise and support Personal Care Workers
Clinical care including wound management, palliative care and medication management
Liaison with medical and allied health care staff
Positive resident experience through resident-centred approach
You must be dedicated to working within the applicable quality standards, including the Aged Care Quality Standards and NDIS Practice Standards
