We are seeking a highly experienced Facebook marketing specialist to manage and scale campaigns across multiple industries.

Responsibilities

Set up, manage and optimise campaigns within Facebook Ads Manager.
Analyse performance data to identify opportunities and implement conversion rate optimisation techniques (A/B, split‑testing).
Create compelling Facebook ad creative that stands out in the newsfeed.
Install and maintain conversion tracking codes and pixels on landing pages and websites.
Prepare performance analysis reports and recommend corrective actions for ongoing optimisation.
Maintain ROAS and CPL targets, ensuring productive use of budget.

Coordinate with client teams and internal stakeholders to communicate results and strategy.

Qualifications

Proven experience managing Facebook ads with a minimum daily spend of $1,000.
Familiarity with Meta Ads Manager and campaign structure.
Strong understanding of tracking, pixels, and analytics.




Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to multitask and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
Proficiency in using Photoshop or similar for ad creative (a plus).
Experience with email marketing systems (Mail Chimp or similar) is desirable.
