Salary: AUD100000 - AUD100000 per annum + super + bonus

This is more than a retail leadership role. You will be responsible for creating an exceptional client experience, developing a stable and engaged team, driving commercial performance and building lasting relationships with an exclusive clientele.

Lead, coach and develop a team, including permanent and seasonal team members
Create a premium, high-end sales environment through exceptional presentation, communication and service standards
Drive sales performance, KPIs and commercial outcomes while identifying new business opportunities
Build strong, long-term relationships with a discerning and exclusive clientele
Bring a proactive and entrepreneurial mindset to growing the boutique and its local customer base
Create a stable, engaged and high-performing team culture
Take ownership of rostering, ensuring strong coverage across peak trade periods, with weekend availability essential
Maintain exceptional personal presentation, grooming and professional standards
Ensure the boutique consistently reflects the quality, heritage and reputation of the brand

Manage day-to-day operations, administration and compliance with a high level of organisation and attention to detail

About you:

You may come from a luxury retail background,



or bring strong leadership experience from another premium customer-focused environment.
