About The Role

/n

Build Cam is expanding in Western Australia, and we're looking for an experienced Leading Hand / Operations Supervisor to help establish and grow our Perth operation.

/n

This is a full-time, fixed-term 12-month contract with a view to permanency for the right candidate. As our Western Australian operation continues to grow, this role offers an excellent opportunity to establish yourself within the business and build a long-term career with the Buildsafe Group.

/n

Reporting to the Head of Field Execution, you'll be responsible for coordinating the day-to-day operations of our Perth team, ensuring installers are prepared for each day's work, managing our warehouse, and building strong relationships with clients across the region.

/n

This is a hands-on leadership role that suits someone who enjoys taking ownership, solving problems, leading by example and building a positive team culture.

/n

Key Responsibilities

/n

/n

- Coordinate the daily operations of Build Cam in Perth, ensuring installers are prepared and ready for each day's work.

/n

- Liaise with Site Supervisors, Area Managers and internal stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered safely and efficiently.

/n

- Lead, coach and develop a positive, high-performing team culture.

/n

- Solve operational challenges and adapt to changing site conditions.

/n

- Oversee the day-to-day organisation and management of the warehouse.

/n

- Manage client accounts across the region, building strong relationships and delivering exceptional customer service.

/n

- Work closely with the Sales Manager,



providing updates on client activity and supporting business growth.

/n

- Monitor stock, equipment and operational resources.

/n

- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards and operational procedures.

/n

- Lead by example, promoting Build Cam's commitment to safety, quality and customer service.

About You

You're a natural leader who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and isn't afraid to roll up your sleeves. You communicate well, build strong relationships, and take pride in delivering outstanding outcomes for both your team and your customers.

Essential Requirements

/n

- Construction White Card

/n

- Forklift Licence

/n

- Strong leadership, interpersonal and communication skills

/n

- Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities

/n

- Previous account or client management experience

/n

- Ability to work autonomously and manage competing priorities

/n/n

Desirable

/n

/n

- MR (Medium Rigid) Driver Licence

/n

- Previous construction site experience

/n/n
