We're looking for a motivated and reliable Warehouse Operator / Driver to join our team. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced warehouse workplace, value teamwork, and take pride in providing outstanding customer service, we'd love to hear from you.
About the Role
This is a hands-on role that combines warehouse operations with occasional driving duties. You'll play an key part in ensuring our clients' confidential records are stored, handled, and transported safely and accurately.
Working within a supportive team, you'll use modern warehouse technology while helping deliver the high level of service Grace is known for.
Your Responsibilities
- Pick, pack and process confidential client records accurately and efficiently.
- Safely load and unload vehicles.
- Operate forklifts and warehouse equipment.
- Complete daily warehouse safety and compliance checks.
- Use RF scanners, PCs and warehouse management systems to process inventory.
- Assist with deliveries and collections when required.
- Maintain a clean, organised and safe work environment.
- Ensure all client records are handled securely and professionally.
About You
We're looking for someone who is reliable, safety-focused and enjoys working as part of a team.
You'll ideally have:
- Current LF Forklift Licence (preferred).
- Current LO Stock Picker Licence (preferred).
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience (preferred).
- Experience using RF scanners or warehouse management systems.
- A current Australian driver's licence (minimum requirement).
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- A positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
