- Full time, fixed term (one year) role which may be based in Melbourne, North Sydney or Brisbane with some hybrid flexibility

About the role:

As the Senior Strategic Advisor Wellbeing Initiatives, you'll deliver a defined suite of strategic student wellbeing initiatives, including the design and implementation of ACU Cares as the university's integrated intake and triage model; delivery of selected priority actions under the Whole-of-Organisation Gender-Based Violence Prevention and Response Plan and the development and implementation of new wellbeing service models, programs and resources that strengthen the university's student wellbeing ecosystem.

You will also lead project design, implementation, evaluation and organisational change activities required to deliver these approved initiatives including stakeholder engagement, service design, policy and framework development, project governance, implementation planning and capability uplift. You will establish sustainable models, systems and practices for transition into ongoing operations, with the appointment concluding upon completion, evaluation, embedding and handover of the approved project deliverables.

- Total remuneration valued to $160,162 - $170,900 total rem (pro rata) pa, including salary component $135,360 - $144,538 (pro rata) pa (HEW 9),



employer contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading.
- 17% employer superannuation contributions to eligible continuing and fixed-term staff.
- Annual leave loading of an equivalent to 17.5% of four weeks' salary pro rata payable, dependent on your commencement date.
