BH INN PTY LTD is currently seeking a skilled Hospitality All Rounder to join their team working in a hands-on hospitality environment operating seven days per week across accommodation, bar, retail, housekeeping, grounds and general venue services.

The employee reports to the General Manager or Venue Manager and works closely with guests, housekeeping and kitchen teams, bar staff, maintenance contractors, suppliers, tour operators and external service providers. The role requires flexibility, cross-department support and a consistent focus on safety, presentation, service standards and teamwork.

Duties and Responsibilities:

- Conduct accommodation check-ins and check-outs, manage guest bookings and enquiries, provide information about venue facilities and local attractions, and resolve or escalate guest concerns professionally.
- Process guest, accommodation, bar and retail payments accurately and maintain complete booking, transaction and customer records.
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, comply with Responsible Service of Alcohol requirements, operate point-of-sale systems, maintain service areas and replenish beverages and consumables.
- Process retail sales, replenish merchandise and displays, monitor stock levels, receive deliveries and advise management when stock needs to be reordered.
- Clean accommodation rooms,



amenities and public areas; change linen; replenish guest supplies; and report maintenance issues promptly.
- Maintain the presentation of lawns, gardens, outdoor furniture and immediate guest areas, remove rubbish and assist with venue setup and pack-down as required.
- Monitor the crocodile tank, including daily checks and feeding in accordance with venue procedures.
- Check that bar and bistro equipment remains functional, report faults and liaise with nominated repairers when directed.
- Provide friendly, prompt and professional customer service, promote Bark Hut Inn products and services, and assist guests across all operational areas.
- Follow workplace health and safety policies, report hazards and incidents, use equipment safely, complete opening and closing checklists, attend training and support other departments as required.

The successful applicant must have at least one year of relevant full-time, or equivalent part-time, paid experience in hospitality, customer service, food and beverage service, tourism or related retail work at an appropriate skill level.

Applicants will also have:

- Current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certification.
- Current driver licence.




- Strong customer service, communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to operate effectively across guest services, accommodation, bar, retail, housekeeping and property-presentation functions.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary venue team.
- Physical capacity to perform housekeeping, groundskeeping and basic maintenance-support duties.
- Availability to work evenings, weekends and public holidays as rostered.
- Be a friendly, qualified and guest-focused hospitality worker who is comfortable undertaking a varied, hands-on role in a remote venue.
- Reliable, punctual, adaptable and able to maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment.
- A practical team member with a strong work ethic, attention to detail and the confidence to move between operational departments as priorities change.
- Previous remote hospitality, tourism, accommodation, fuel or retail experience would be advantageous.
- A current First Aid Certificate would be advantageous.
