- About the job

Speech Pathologist Wanted, Approach Speech Pathology, Mount WaverleyA Note From Us

We're a growing clinic in Mount Waverley, and we're building it with real intention. Not just in caseload numbers, but in the kind of team we want to come into every day. We know clinician burnout is real, and a lot of it comes down to things that are actually fixable. Too much time on the road. Not enough breathing room in the day. Not enough connection with the people you work alongside.

So that's what we've focused on. Most of our work happens from the clinic, which means less time behind the wheel, less money spent on petrol, and more energy left for the clients and colleagues who need it. We want you to finish your day tired from doing meaningful clinical work, not from sitting in traffic.

We also care a lot about culture. We want a team that checks in with each other, shares wins and hard cases over coffee, and actually feels like a team, not just a group of clinicians who happen to share a waiting room.

The location helps too. We're right in the heart of Mount Waverley, walking distance to the station, surrounded by the shopping centre and more cafes than you could work your way through in a year. Grab a coffee before clinic, duck out for lunch somewhere new every day, or just enjoy not having to drive to get anywhere. It's a genuinely nice place to spend your working week.

The clinic itself was designed with clinicians in mind, not just clients. It's warm and comfortable, with soft carpet you can actually sit and work on the floor with kids, plenty of natural light, and rooms that feel inviting rather than clinical. It's a space we're proud to spend our days in, and we want you to feel the same.
