A2Z Dental Rockhampton is a Private practice serving Central Queensland for the last 20 plus years. We are equipped with CBCT, CEREC system and CAD/CAM, Shining 3D, Nitrous Oxide relative analgesia, Rotary Endo to name the few.
Our dentist of 5 plus years is moving on and leaving behind a full, established patient .You are not building from scratch and you are not waiting six months for a diary to fill. Day one, you have patients.
What you'll earn
Salary - $180.000 - $200,000 per year
On top: $5000 CPD allowance and assistance towards relocation.
What you'll actually do
Full-scope general dentistry with real surgical volume , complex restorative work. We run a monthly general anaesthetic list with our own visiting specialist anaesthetist, so the cases most practices refer away, we keep and treat properly.
Appointments are long enough to do the dentistry the way it should be done.
We are not a corporate. No scripted treatment plans. Patients always come first.
What we'll invest in you
If you want to grow into implants, sedation or full-arch work, you'll be mentored into it by clinicians who do it every week — not sent on a weekend course and left to it. Tell us what you want to be doing in three years and we'll build the pathway.
Rockhampton, honestly
A house here costs a fraction of a capital city and your commute is under ten minutes. The Capricorn Coast beaches are 40 minutes away. Brisbane is an hour by air. Private schools like girls grammar , Rocky Grammar, Cathedral college name a few and more state schools too.
You will know your patients and they will know you. That's either the best part of regional practice or it isn't for you — we'd rather you worked that out now than in six months.
What we need
AHPRA registration with 2 plus years of experience and either existing surgical scope or a real appetite to build it.
