- Position Summary

- An opportunity for Full time or part time doctors with potential for partnership in the Newcastle region.
- All the facilities are recent and first class. There are a large number of families moving into the local area as well as established population in the catchment area.
- There is a higher than average caseload of chronic disease in the community.
- The practice boasts 7 consulting rooms, a 2 bed treatment room, pathology collection room, administration office and large tea room.
- The treatment room is well equipped: 2 bed treatment room, immunisation fridge, oxygen, CPR, wound dressing trolley and equipment, ear syringe equipment, ECG, spirometry, iron infusion equipment, doppler and other standard equipment you would find in a well appointed treatment room.




- The Nurses are trained to complete GPMP's/TCAs/Health Assessments/Cycle of Care etc.
- $150 per hour guarantee or at least 70%, whichever is higher.
- The practice uses Best Practice software and it is 100% paperless.

Essential Criteria

- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Vocational Registration (FRACGP
- FACRRM
- FRNZCGP)
- Full Australian Work Rights
- General Practice experience in Australia
- Passion and commitment to providing a high level of care to patients
