About the Opportunity | Mō tēnei tūranga
We're looking for a two Senior Capital Projects Managers to join our Growth portfolio team and Remediation and new assets team, leading the delivery of major capital projects that support Fonterra's strategic asset roadmap and long-term operational success. You'll take ownership of complex, high-value investments from planning through to execution, working alongside a broad range of stakeholders to deliver safe, sustainable and commercially sound outcomes.

This is a key leadership role where you'll provide project governance, technical expertise and commercial oversight while mentoring project teams, influencing decision-making and driving excellence across project delivery.

About You | Mōu
You are an experienced project leader with a proven track record of delivering large-scale capital projects in complex operational environments. You combine strong commercial and technical capability with exceptional stakeholder engagement skills and the ability to influence outcomes across multidisciplinary teams.

To be successful in this role, you'll bring:

- Extensive experience leading the delivery of major capital projects and achieving successful business outcomes.




- Strong leadership capability with experience guiding multidisciplinary teams through complex programmes of work.
- Proven expertise in investment planning, business case development and capital project governance.
- Strong commercial acumen, including financial management, business analysis and investment decision support.
- Exceptional stakeholder management, communication and relationship-building skills.
- Experience mentoring and developing project professionals, helping build future capability and leadership.
- Demonstrated success managing project risk, budgets, schedules and resources in high-value environments.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to navigate ambiguity, complexity and change.
- Experience within manufacturing, industrial, dairy, food processing or similar operational environments would be highly advantageous.
- A tertiary qualification in Engineering, Project Management, Technology or a related discipline, with PMP, CEng or equivalent professional certification highly regarded
