The Opportunity
We’re looking for an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our Brisbane team.



This is a hands-on role where you’ll manage end to end recruitment while building strong relationships with both clients and candidates across the food and agricultural industries. If you enjoy a quick-paced environment and working with people from different industries and cultures, this one’s for you.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for blue- and white-collar roles
- Screen candidates, coordinate interviews and complete reference checks
- Coordinate onboarding and pre-employment appointments, working closely with clients and site teams
- Build and maintain strong client relationships across Australia
- Support and promote a strong safety culture across all operations

About You
We’re looking for someone who enjoys a busy environment, building relationships and getting stuck into different challenges.

- Motivated, self-starter, and results driven
- Proven experience in Recruitment, Customer Service or Account Management
- Persistence, positivity, and perseverance to achieve outcomes
