$130,000 - $140,000 + Super + Bonus

Lead procurement strategy, supplier performance and commercial outcomes across ANZ. An exciting prospect is available for an experienced Procurement Manager to join a growing organisation based in Queensland.
This is a key leadership role responsible for driving procurement strategy, sourcing, supplier management and purchasing governance across ANZ. You’ll play an important role in strengthening supplier performance, improving commercial outcomes, supporting tenders and new business opportunities, and identifying opportunities to reduce cost and supply risk.

Reporting to the General Manager of Supply Chain, you’ll lead a Procurement function while partnering closely with Supply Planning, Sales, Customer Service, Operations, Quality, Finance and other key stakeholders.

As the business continues to evolve, they are seeking an experienced Procurement Manager based in Chermside Queensland to play a key role in driving procurement excellence, strengthening supplier relationships and delivering commercial value across the organisation.

About the role:

You will be responsible for:

- Develop and execute sourcing strategies to drive value, savings and supply resilience.
- Lead, coach and develop the Procurement team, driving performance and accountability.




- Lead supplier negotiations, tenders, contracts and commercial reviews.
- Build robust supplier partnerships and drive performance, service and reliability.
- Identify new suppliers and opportunities to improve competitiveness and reduce risk.
- Provide commercial insights on costs, markets, supply risks and supplier performance.
- Strengthen procurement governance, processes, systems and data, including D365 optimisation.
- Drive continuous improvement across the procurement function.

About you:

We’re looking for an experienced procurement professional who can operate strategically while remaining hands-on.

You will ideally bring:

- 5+ years’ experience in procurement, sourcing, purchasing or supplier management.
- Proven experience in a Procurement Manager or senior procurement role.
- Strong people leadership, commercial and negotiation skills.
- A track record of delivering cost savings and procurement value.
- Strong supplier and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent analytical and commercial acumen.
- A proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Strong attention to detail, governance and process discipline.
- Experience with ERP and reporting systems; D365 experience highly regarded.

Experience within distribution, manufacturing, FMCG, consumer goods, wholesale or broader commercial procurement environments will be an advantage.
