We’re looking for an experienced Senior Functional Analyst to join a fast-paced agile environment and play a key role in a major Salesforce transformation program.
This is an exciting opportunity for a senior analyst who enjoys working at the intersection of business, technology and Salesforce, helping shape solutions that improve customer and user experiences.
The Role
You’ll work closely with business stakeholders, Salesforce Developers, Technical Leads, QA Engineers and delivery teams to define and deliver enhancements across a complex Salesforce ecosystem.
You’ll be responsible for:
- Leading complex functional analysis initiatives
- Eliciting and documenting detailed business requirements
- Developing Features, User Stories and Acceptance Criteria
- Working with technical teams to shape functional solution designs
- Supporting Agile sprint planning and prioritisation
- Defining and managing UAT testing, including test conditions and cases
- Analysing test results, identifying issues and managing risks
- Supporting continuous improvement across the Salesforce environment
- Working with vendors and delivery partners
- Ensuring solutions align with business requirements, architecture standards and compliance requirements
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years’ experience as a Functional Analyst within Salesforce projects
- Strong Agile delivery experience
- Demonstrated ability to lead complex analysis initiatives
- Strong stakeholder engagement and requirements elicitation skills
- Excellent experience documenting business requirements and functional requirements
- Strong technical acumen, with exposure to operations and service management
- Experience working across both business and technology teams
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work autonomously while collaborating effectively within a delivery squad
- Comfortable working in a quick-paced environment with ambiguity and changing priorities
- Tertiary qualification in IT or equivalent experience
Education sector experience is highly advantageous, but not essential.
