This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated, experienced Client Services Officer to join Relationships Australia Victoria (RAV).

We have over 400 dedicated employees working from 21 centres across metropolitan Melbourne and regional Victoria.
About the role
Reporting to the Centre Manager, your key responsibilities include supporting Centre management and staff, as well as enabling the Centre to provide high quality service to clients. You will provide a welcoming first point of contact to walk-in clients, directing incoming phone enquiries about our services and responding to emails in a helpful manner. You will also be responsible for ensuring efficient coordination, booking, data entry and processing of all appointments and undertaking basic assessment of client service needs as required.
This role is based at our Melbourne Family Relationship Centre (FRC) and is a full time permanent role. The successful candidate will be working Monday to Friday, with the expectation that one day per week will be an evening shift. The base salary range is $79,377 - $81,616 (pro-rata) per annum.
About you
- Office Administration certificate and/or previous experience in a similar administration capacity.
- Competent in Microsoft Office suite and ability to pick up new programs and business systems with ease with experience in using MS Dynamics.
- Experienced in answering high-volume inbound calls and delivering high quality customer service.
- High level of confidentiality to ensure client personal and financial information is maintained along with proven capacity to sustain attention and work effectively despite competing demands or disruptions.
