Site Supervisor

We are seeking a passionate Residential Site Supervisor to join their growing team. In this role, you will oversee the construction of multiple residential projects from commencement through to handover, ensuring homes are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the day-to-day delivery of residential construction projects across multiple sites.
- Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, suppliers, and trades to ensure programme milestones are achieved.
- Conduct quality inspections throughout all stages of construction and ensure compliance with company standards, NCC requirements, and WHS regulations.
- Maintain robust communication with clients, providing updates and ensuring a positive customer experience throughout the build process.
- Monitor project schedules, resolve site issues, and proactively manage construction risks.
- Complete site documentation, reporting, and defect management through to practical completion and handover.

About You

- Completed Carpentry Apprenticeship with demonstrated hands-on residential construction experience.




- Any previous experience as a Residential Site Supervisor within the volume or project home building sector.
- Strong knowledge of residential construction methodologies, NCC requirements, and WHS legislation.
- Proven ability to manage multiple builds simultaneously while maintaining quality and customer satisfaction.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and problem-solve effectively.
- Current Driver's Licence and relevant industry qualifications.
