We are recruiting for a Psychologist to work within a clinic providing Psychological help to people impacted by motor vehicle accidents. In this role, you would specifically use cutting edge Virtual Reality (VR) technology to assist people in their recovery. The role is open to both experienced Psychologists / Clinical Psychologists as well as new graduates / early career psychologists

- Clinic based position (working out of a clinic in Ingleburn and one in Penrith)
- Open to Full Time or Part time – anything from 3 days upwards
- Salary from $110-120k plus super and other advantages
- Extensive training program provided
- Work for a large provider of Psychology and Allied Health Services
- Permanent Position

About the Organisation:

This organisation are a leading provider of Personal Health, Workplace Health and Disability Services with over 40 years experience. They have office across Sydney and Southern NSW.

Duties:

- Working with clients to diagnose and treat specific phobia related to driving / using a vehicle through a manualised, 6 sessions, CBT based treatment program which includes Virtual Reality (VR) exposure.
- Provide psychological treatment, assessment and other services that are appropriate to professional skills,



qualifications and experience.
- Ensure client satisfaction through all stages of contact with the Clinic.
- Refer to other professionals for services outside specific skills area.
- Communicate effectively with clients and customers.
- Maintain clear records and documentation for services provided and complete these in a timely manner.
- See 5-6 clients per day on average

What we’re looking for:

- We require someone who is a fully registered Psychologist with AHPRA
- We are open to experienced Psychologists as well as New Graduates / Early Career Psychologists
- Someone with an interest in technology and how it can help people.
- Current SIRA registration or eligibility to obtain.
- Driving License
